Mr. Hjelle, Mr. Rossbach, and Ms. Juenemann are not included in the list of officials offering the invitation.
People with questions are invited to call Ms. Longrie's home phone number, the card bears her private return address, and states it was not mailed at taxpayer expense - just how you would expect a private invitation to a private function to look.
